Planners and designers of all levels are invited to join this intimate workshop atmosphere which is limited to less than 20 guests. We have created an in-person, yet socially distant program with safety and connection in mind.

Luke Wilson Events is a full service planning & design company. Our entire purpose for crafting exceptional weddings is not only the gorgeous design details but immersing our clients in a heartfelt experience. We want our couples to enjoy every moment of the planning process knowing that you have the utmost professional team by your side, every step of the way. Our clients are not only the star guests at their wedding but also our family for the day. There is no detail too small or request too large that won’t be taken care of as you laugh, dance and smile your way through the wedding of your dreams.
Toni is passionate about connection & opportunity in the floral industry. Roadside Blooms has been her heart's mission since 2012 and has gone from a mobile flower truck to a successful and exponentially growing floral design company with a retail shop. She takes pride in being the pioneer designer in Charleston to use nearly 100% American and locally grown flowers in all her work. Toni has a passion for producing authentic designs for her clients as well as creating educational opportunities for others in the industry.
Madison specializes in Social Media Marketing. While working for Event Designers in the past she realized how big of a tool Instagram could be to grow a small business. She took over the accounts and never looked back! Along with her experience in luxury weddings and events, she brings a passion for this industry to take companies to the next level. She starts with auditing the client’s Instagram account, coming up with a social media plan and tracking analytics to see what works best for the brand. She prides herself on making sure each client’s vision becomes a reality!
Clay is an incredibly talented globe-trotting photographer based here in Charleston. With film, he will be documenting our design journey looking for "windows of honesty and that spark" that makes us love what we do. Clay has worked with designer superstars such as Sweet Root Village and others. His dreamy work has been published by Wedding Sparrow, Magnolia Rouge, and Martha Stewart Weddings!

From Madison Spears, social media guru, a 1 hour consultation with Madison Spears to review your existing social media, assist in coming up with a social media plan and consult on how to best utilize the images from the workshop. Value $250
A1 hour consultation with Luke Wilson to recap the workshop, answer any questions you did not have answered and assist in coming up with a strategy for pricing and positioning yourself in the market. Value $500.

The Inn at Middleton Place has offered our group a discounted rate of $149/night (normally $179) which includes a day pass to visit Middleton Place as well as a special access House tour.
This workshop is packed with great value! 2020 CAN be the year that you invest in yourself, your business, and position yourself to realize your business dreams. We will set you up for success for your goals.
The experience including breakfast, lunch and all of the items listed under "The Experience" is $650
Seats are Limited and a $400 is due to reserve your spot. The week before the final payment of $250 will be due.
Should you need to cancel the in-person experience due to CoVid-19, we will invite you to participate via zoom plus have a complimentary 30 minute individual sessions with Luke, Madison, and Toni.
Should the Governor of SC execute travel bans or gatherings that exceed our capacity, we will host this workshop virtually and also refund 50% of your payment.
